The FARHAT Engineering office in Gouraud Street in Gemmayzeh made history by building some of the greatest international projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region starting in the 1960’s.
Elie G. Farhat designed the major highways in Lebanon during the 70’s. He founded and managed a multinaltional engineering firm working in the MENA region: from Sudan to Kuwait passing by Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. Executed works include:

Georges E. Farhat founded BATIFORT in 1991. He developed the company headquartered in Beirut focusing on a flawless professional reputation and consecutive success stories. He built up an expertise in special concretes that is unique in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
He partners with multinationals to serve the Lebanese and the MENA markets with unchallenged high quality products and services.
He previously worked in Europe with the French construction company SPIE BATIGNOLLES. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from the American Uniersity of Beirut.
